Varinder Kumar Luhanibal is the founder and broker of VKREA Commercial Real Estate, a firm dedicated exclusively to assisting clients in buying, selling, and expanding their multifamily real estate and commercial real estate investments throughout California. With a keen focus on delivering investor-driven results, VKREA is renowned for its combination of deep market insights and a high-touch client experience.

Mr. Kumar embarked on his real estate journey in 2017 by investing in non-performing first-lien mortgage notes, which provided him with hands-on experience in acquisitions, foreclosures, value-add renovations, and property management. He then transitioned into brokerage, successfully representing transactions that range from small apartment buildings to institutional-level assets exceeding 200 units.

VKREA Commercial Real Estate was established to cater to the unique needs of multifamily investors—both private and institutional—by offering precision underwriting, strategic pricing, and high-end marketing materials, which include professional-grade offering memorandums and targeted investor outreach for effective lead generation.
