Prina Randhawa brings a strong background in property management, multifamily investment analysis, and real estate operations to her role as Multifamily Advisor at VKREA Commercial Real Estate.
Before joining VKREA, Prina successfully managed the leasing of over 50 multifamily units, leading marketing initiatives and overseeing daily operations for a portfolio of apartment communities. Her hands-on experience in tenant relations, lease-up strategy, and property-level execution provides her with deep insight into maximizing asset performance.
Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties, Prina is highly skilled in market research, financial analysis, and navigating zoning and compliance requirements. She is a confident communicator, strategic cold caller, and natural relationship builder—committed to delivering tailored solutions to investors, property owners, and stakeholders.
